Abstract
Orta Çağ bir özgürlük çağıdır. Bunu Orta Çağ'ın her alanında hissediyoruz. Ama bu özgürlük sadece bir duygu muydu, yoksa mücadele gerektiren bir gerçeklik miydi…? Bu konu günümüz yüzyılında dahi tartışılmıştır ve tartışılmaktadır. Orta çağ dünyasını her açıdan yeniden tartışabiliriz. Bir şey dışında. İşte kadınların cesareti. Çünkü Orta Çağ, ne kadar zorlu olursa olsun -bu sadece Orta Çağ için değil, her çağ için geçerlidir- orta çağ kadını, bir birey olduğunu kanıtlama, hatta hayatta kalma mücadelesinden vazgeçmemiş ve bu mücadeleyi sürdürmüştür. O her zaman cesur olmuştur. Tüm bunları yaparken elbette kendisine dayatılan tüm rollerin de üstesinden gelmeye çalıştı. Bu noktada zorluklar karşısında akıllı yeni stratejiler geliştirdiler. Yansımaları hem gerçek hayata hem de mitlere yansıdı. Yani, kendilerinin veya başkalarının yaşamları üzerinde gerçek güç kullanma fırsatlarının sınırlı olması nedeniyle, orta çağ edebiyatında ve bazen de gerçek hayatta kadınlar, bu gücü kullanmanın, insanları ve durumları manipüle etmenin ve onları hayal kırıklığına uğratan kurgular üretmenin incelikli veya gizli yollarını buluyorlardı. Abstract
The Middle Ages is an age of liberation. We feel this in every aspect of the Middle Ages. But was this freedom just a feeling or a reality that requires struggle……? This point has been discussed and is being discussed even in today's century. We can re-discuss the medieval world from every angle. Except for one thing. That's the courage of women. Because the Middle Ages, no matter how challenging it was - this is true not only for the Middle Ages, but for every age - the medieval woman did not give up her struggle to prove that she is an individual and even to survive, and she has always been brave. While she was doing all this, she of course tried to overcome all the roles that were imposed on her. At this point, they have developed clever new strategies in the face of difficulties. Their reflektans were reflected in both real life and myths. Namely, with limited opportunities to wield real power over their own or others' lives, women in medieval literature, and sometimes in real life, would find subtle or covert ways to use that power, to manipulate people and situations, and to produce fictions that fit them better. These are usually realities, fictions that they can control or hope to control. With some exceptions, they could not go to war. Few even had the chance to dominate the lands. Ostensibly, many accept the role society expects them to play, the role of a silent figure without the voice of the public, but secretly subvert it, often to serious effect. It was actually cleverness rather than fiction. In this study, we will first examine the roles that women play in literature, especially in epic and romantic novels. Here, we will try to explain how women are reflected in the symbolic expressions, how they behave towards them, and their reflections on the social life order in Medieval Europe.
